Östra Göinge Municipality is hiring one personal assistant to provide individual support to service users in their daily lives, including cleaning, cooking, personal hygiene, medication management, leisure and cultural activities, and participation in society. The role also involves planning and implementing support plans, documentation, regular evaluations, quality assurance, and collaboration with families, legal representatives, and other professionals. Applicants need upper secondary education, experience in disability-related residential or personal-assistance services, a Category B driving licence, a criminal records extract, Swedish language skills, and basic computer skills. The position is permanent, starts by agreement, and follows a daytime, evening, and on-call night shift schedule.
