Skellefteå Municipality is hiring a Support Assistant for the Backabrovägen group home. The role provides individualized support to residents with varying communication, participation, and personal-care needs, including personal care, educational support, activities, transfers, outings, documentation, and handover. The position requires upper-secondary education in health and social care or a related programme, experience working with people with disabilities, Swedish-language proficiency, and the physical ability to perform active care duties. It is permanent, scheduled across days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts, and requires a current criminal-record extract.
