Description
Theo-Lorch Workshops is hiring a Support Assistant for the Ludwigsburg site to provide individual guidance and support for a person with severe disabilities and increased support needs. The role accompanies the person through daily routines, activities, communication, mobility, self-care, and nursing-related tasks, while supporting documentation and coordination with families and external partners. Applicants need a special-needs education assistant, nursing assistant, or equivalent vocational qualification, experience working with people with disabilities, and an empathetic, team-oriented approach. The position starts on 29.09.2026 and is initially limited until 30.09.2027, with 39 hours per week at 100% and remuneration in line with TVöD (SuE).
