Description
Nynäshamn Municipality is hiring one Support Assistant to provide individually tailored support in everyday life at the Postmästaren and Solgläntan group homes. The role follows individual implementation plans and goals, collaborates with relatives, day services, and health and medical care, uses visual supports and digital assistive systems, and includes daytime work, evenings, sleep-in on-call shifts, and every other weekend. Applicants need assistant nurse training or equivalent, recent group-home or LSS-service experience, structured-teaching experience, behavioral-challenge experience, basic computer skills, and good Swedish. The position is permanent and full-time, with a start date by agreement.
