Description
Sollefteå Municipality is hiring a Support Assistant for an LSS residential home serving adults with particularly high support needs. The role provides individualized daily-life support, encourages residents’ development and leisure, manages challenging situations, and contributes to systematic improvement, implementation plans, and documentation. It is a fixed-term temporary replacement of 5–7 months, possibly extendable, with days, evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts. Candidates should have disability-services education, strong collaboration and patient skills, and a good command of Swedish; experience with complex neuropsychiatric needs, low-arousal behavior management, augmentative and alternative communication, structured pedagogy, and assessments is preferred.
