Sölvesborg Municipality is hiring three permanent Support Assistants for the Kanelrosvägen Group Home in Ljungaviken. The role supports individuals with disabilities under LSS, including motivational conversations, social activities, household tasks, delegated health and medical care, personal care, documentation, communication with relatives and other services, and collaboration with staff and support educators. The position requires relevant care or educational and social work training, experience with the target group, strong Swedish communication skills, a category B driving licence, and the ability to work during the day, evenings, and weekends.
