Falu Municipality is hiring a permanent, full-time Support Assistant with group-leader duties for the Svärdsjögatan Short-Term Care Service. The role supports and motivates children and young people, plans and coordinates daily operations, schedules, occupancy, substitutes, and follow-ups, and works across days, evenings, and nights. Applicants need assistant-nurse or equivalent training, support-assistant experience, prior group-leader or coordinator experience, LSS-related knowledge, computer skills, work-planning ability, and personal maturity; leadership, pedagogical, communication, and transfer-technique knowledge are desirable.
