The Support Associate supports retail store operations and a customer-focused sales culture through merchandise processing, stockroom organization, receiving and reconciling shipments, store transfers, pricing changes, visual merchandising support, cleanliness, and customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organizational skills, adaptability to company technology, teamwork, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. It is a part-time position at The Mall in Columbia, with an hourly wage range of $15.00 to $18.75.
