Description
The Support Associate supports a customer- and product-focused retail sales culture through merchandise handling, stock processing, receiving and reconciling inventory, stockroom organization, replenishment, pricing changes, visual merchandising support, cleanliness, and customer service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, customer service, organization, teamwork, technology adaptability, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical demands include standing and walking for most of the shift, frequent climbing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
