Description
The Support Associate supports store sales operations and customer experience for Chico’s FAS, Inc. by processing and organizing merchandise, managing stockroom inventory and receiving documents, completing transfers, assisting with pricing changes and visual merchandising, maintaining boutique cleanliness, and promoting customer service and teamwork. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, customer service, organization, adaptability to technology, and availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. It is a physically active retail position involving standing, walking, lifting, and climbing.
