Wolt is hiring a full-time remote Support Associate to join its Support team in Bratislava from October 2026. The role processes live customer, venue, and courier chats; develops support processes; supports delivery operations for restaurant and retail partners; and supports the Czech and Slovak markets. Candidates must have customer-facing or logistics experience, strong communication skills, Slovak fluency, professional English at B2 level, and availability for shift work including mornings, evenings, and weekends. The position offers a fixed base wage of €1,270 gross per month, with a stated Slovak pay range of €1,200–€1,270.
