The Support Associate supports retail store operations and customer service by processing and organizing merchandise, handling receiving documents and transfers, replenishing the sales floor, assisting with visual merchandising and markdowns, maintaining boutique organization, and contributing to an inclusive team environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, customer service, organizational, multitasking, teamwork, and technology-adaptation skills, plus availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. It involves extensive standing and walking, frequent climbing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. The wage range is $16.90–$21.10 per hour at The Shops at Mission Viejo.
