The role supports sales and store operations through merchandise processing, stockroom organization, receiving and reconciling inventory, store transfers, pricing changes, visual merchandising support, cleanliness, and customer service. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, customer service, organization, multitasking, teamwork, technology adaptability, and availability for flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position requires substantial standing and walking, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and frequent climbing.
