Description
Pursuit is hiring a Support Coach to help adult Builders stay engaged in its training program from onboarding through job placement. The role identifies practical and personal barriers, connects Builders to public benefits, emergency assistance, childcare, transportation, and other resources, builds external partnerships, develops lightweight AI tools, and coordinates support with Instructors and Career Coaches. The position reports to the COO, requires 3–5+ years of experience in social work, case management, community health, benefits navigation, or a similar barrier-focused support role, and follows a hybrid schedule with on-site work in Long Island City on Tuesdays through Thursdays and work-from-anywhere on Mondays and Fridays. The expected base salary is $75,000–$80,000, with benefits including a 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, and other leave.
