Horizons is hiring Support Coaches, also described as Direct Support Professionals, to provide person-centered support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Supported Living, Supported Employment, and Options programs. The role involves teaching and modeling, helping individuals meet goals in Individual Service Plans, monitoring performance, administering medications, communicating respectfully, encouraging independence, completing documentation, and responding to emergencies. Part-time and full-time day, evening, and weekend shifts are available, with compensation of $19.25-$21.75 and benefits including health and dental insurance for full-time employees.
