Centric is hiring a Support Consultant Managed Services to manage, monitor, and improve IT and network environments for customers. The role uses Kaseya, ME24x7, and HP Aruba to detect anomalies, resolve incidents, optimize infrastructure, maintain documentation, and support customers and colleagues. It requires managed-services and monitoring experience, Kaseya and HP Aruba knowledge, networking and Windows familiarity, Dutch proficiency, and willingness to participate in 24/7 on-call services.
