Description
Centric is hiring a Support Consultant MSP to manage and optimize customer IT environments and print infrastructures in a managed services environment. The role uses Kaseya and HP Web Jetadmin, analyzes and resolves disruptions, monitors systems, applies scripts and automation, supports customers and colleagues, and contributes to knowledge development. It requires higher professional education, managed services experience, Kaseya and print-management knowledge, basic networking and Windows knowledge, Dutch proficiency, and willingness to work on-call shifts. The position is available for Dutch-speaking applicants residing in the Netherlands, with gross monthly compensation of €3,270 to €4,000 and work locations in Prague, Efteling, or a ski trip.
