Centric is hiring an entry-level Support Consultant WMS to support national and international customers using its Locus WMS. The role involves answering customer questions, registering and resolving incidents and service requests, investigating technical and functional issues, coordinating with consultants and developers, identifying process improvements, and contributing to knowledge documentation. Applicants should be recently graduated, interested in software, IT systems, and logistics, and able to communicate in English; the position is for Dutch-speaking applicants residing in the Netherlands and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,300–€3,800 plus benefits.
