Description
The Support Coordinator will coordinate support and services for consumers receiving Saginaw County Community Mental Health Authority services, develop and monitor individualized service and support plans, facilitate community integration, coordinate interagency and insurance resources, provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling as needed, and maintain comprehensive documentation. The role reports to a Mental Health Supervisor, requires a bachelor’s degree in a mental health or human services field, and offers a pay range of $62,726.33 to $77,200.86 with a recruitment bonus for eligible new hires.
