QMA is hiring a full-time Support Counselor for its Innovative Day Program in Malton, New Jersey. The role provides direct support, teaching, coaching, and skills development for individuals with developmental disabilities, including community-based activities, daily living support, and reporting. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, have a physical and Mantoux test less than six months old, and have at least two years of experience working with ID/DD individuals. The position pays $19.25 per hour and offers medical, dental, vision, prescription, vacation, life insurance, 401K, and employee referral bonuses.
