Sölvesborg Municipality is hiring one Support Educator for Solviken Group Home in Valjeviken. The role provides educational support and guidance to adults with disabilities, mentors support assistants, develops and follows up on evidence-based methods, ensures quality and documentation, collaborates with external parties, and performs delegated health and medical care duties. The position requires a 200 YH-credit support educator qualification or equivalent education, experience with the target group under LSS, social documentation, and implementation plans, along with strong Swedish communication and collaboration skills. It is permanent, with day, evening, and weekend shifts, and starts as soon as possible or by agreement.
