Östanbo is recruiting a Support Educator/Support Assistant to provide personal care and support to five residents in a group home. The role covers personal hygiene, clothing care, laundry, cleaning, diet, cooking, shopping, finances, medication, social skills training, leisure activities, communication, and residents’ self-determination. It also includes educational development, supervision, methods development, quality work, and safety reporting. The position requires day, night, and weekend work, computer literacy, spoken and written Swedish, and the ability to communicate calmly and professionally.
