Description
The Dispatcher WMS Application Support Engineer supports global customers using the Dispatcher Warehouse Management System, resolving complex and critical application issues through log and source-code analysis, root-cause investigation, and collaboration with development and other teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, at least two years of application support experience, knowledge of a warehouse management or supply chain system, strong PL/SQL or Pro*C analysis skills, and experience supporting enterprise applications. The technical environment includes Oracle databases, Java, Spring Boot, React JS, REST and SOAP APIs, ServiceNow, and JIRA.
