Amazon LEO is hiring a Support Engineer for its SATCOM Technical Support team to resolve complex satellite network issues, analyze service-degradation data, restore service levels, document solutions, and provide advanced technical guidance. The role requires rotating weekday and weekend shifts, on-call availability, and extensive experience in systems administration, SDWAN/SDN, network architecture, ISP operations, and NOC support. Preferred qualifications include Python network automation and AWS networking expertise.
