Precisely is hiring a Support Engineer to provide technical support for its coding-focused and data-integration products, including CODE-1 Plus, VeriMove, Finalist, Spectrum UAM, and Data Integrity Suite services. The role involves diagnosing data transformation, validation, cleansing, movement, configuration, job logic, file-handling, and execution issues; analyzing logs and error messages; collaborating with Engineering and Product Management; maintaining knowledge-base documentation; and participating in on-call and after-hours support. The position is 100% remote anywhere in the United States and requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3–6+ years of technical customer support or related experience, and experience with the specified data-processing and coding-centric products.
