QAD is hiring a hybrid ERP Support Engineer based in Pune, requiring 3–4 days of in-office collaboration per week. The role provides frontline technical support for QAD and Progress products, troubleshooting installations, configurations, upgrades, and system issues; managing support tickets; performing basic Progress DBA tasks; documenting solutions; and communicating with customers and internal teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least two years of enterprise product support experience, and familiarity with Unix/Linux and Windows environments, scripting, SQL, and database management. The role also involves shift rotations, weekend shifts, and potential on-call coverage.
