Shippeo is hiring a permanent Support Engineer in Paris on a hybrid model requiring two office days per week. The role combines tier-2 technical support for a SaaS supply-chain platform with AI workflow automation, root-cause analysis, incident leadership, customer communication, and enablement. Candidates need 3–4 years of experience in technical support, integration consulting, or support engineering; database, API, log-analysis, and scripting skills; and professional fluency in English and French. Python, JavaScript, or Bash scripting, logistics or supply-chain knowledge, and additional European-language fluency are preferred.
