Wortell People is hiring a Support Engineer to work on secondment at various Randstad clients. The role handles tickets, investigates and resolves IT incidents and service requests, supports users with workstations, devices, networks, and applications, manages accounts and access, escalates complex issues, and documents solutions. Candidates need an MBO level 4 qualification, preferably in ICT, service-desk or workplace-management experience, and basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, printers, and mobile devices. The position offers a salary of €2,700–€3,500, flexible working arrangements, vacation days, a mobility allowance, and coaching opportunities.
