OMS E-Mobility is hiring a Support Engineer E-Mobility at its Garbsen site to analyze and resolve technical incidents involving wallboxes, charging stations, electrical systems, networks, communication, and backend software. The role supports field service technicians and B2B customers, configures charging infrastructure, handles commissioning and ongoing operations, documents recurring issues, and collaborates with service, project management, and technical specialist teams. Candidates need electrical engineering education, strong IT skills, network and communication knowledge, structured fault analysis, German communication skills, and English technical-documentation comprehension; charging infrastructure experience is advantageous.
