Amazon is hiring an experienced Support Engineer for its EPR Pay-on-behalf team to support seller compliance and the publication of EPR reports and EU Remit declarations. The role involves coordinating with technical and non-technical stakeholders, automating monthly processes, maintaining data and software pipelines, building test infrastructure, troubleshooting bugs, and supporting core support-engineering initiatives. Candidates need at least two years of software development or technical support experience, modern-programming-scripting experience, troubleshooting and debugging experience, and familiarity with agile or scrum workflows; knowledge of web services, distributed systems, REST, XML, and JSON is preferred.
