1Kosmos is hiring a fresher Support Engineer in Mumbai on a full-time hybrid basis with rotational shifts. The role involves handling customer queries, troubleshooting product issues, managing support tickets and SLAs, assisting with incident/problem/change management, documenting solutions, supporting onboarding and configuration, and working with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in IT/computer-science-related fields, strong knowledge of networks, operating systems, and web technologies, good communication and problem-solving skills, and preferred exposure to IAM, ticketing tools, authentication protocols, ITIL, and cloud/SaaS technologies.
