Description
Amazon is hiring a Support Engineer for its SATCOM Technical Support team to handle escalated satellite network cases, analyze performance data and system configurations, resolve service degradation, document technical solutions, contribute to the knowledge base, and provide advanced guidance to customers and internal teams. The role requires German fluency, network and operating-system support experience, Linux and networking knowledge, and L3 NOC experience; satellite RF, teleport or military SATCOM, antenna, and AWS networking experience are preferred. The position may require rotating shifts and variable days off and can be based in Cork or Dublin.
