Description
ISI Enterprises is seeking a Support Engineer III / Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer in the United States to provide technical leadership for hybrid cloud and infrastructure solutions across internal and client environments. The role focuses on designing, implementing, optimizing, and automating Azure, AWS, and GCC/GCC High environments; maintaining high availability; supporting MSP/MSSP tooling; and partnering with cybersecurity, compliance, and client success teams to meet security frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, and FedRAMP. The position requires strong technical troubleshooting, automation, networking, virtualization, and cross-functional communication skills, along with significant IT engineering experience.
