Amazon Security is hiring a Support Engineer V to lead operational support for AWS detective tooling, triage and resolve issues with builder teams, define support metrics, and build automation and AI-assisted workflows to scale support. The role also includes incident retrospectives, correction-of-error documentation, mentoring, and contributing to hiring. Candidates need at least four years of software development or technical support experience, scripting experience, customer-resolution experience, data-analysis experience, and operational-metrics experience; AI and scalable-process experience are preferred. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, with a base salary of 90,400 to 158,200 USD annually.
