Linea Research is hiring a permanent, full-time Support Engineer based in Letchworth Garden City to provide technical support for professional audio products to customers, dealers, distributors, OEM partners, and internal sister brands. The role includes troubleshooting, ticket management, customer training, technical documentation, trade-show representation, and collaboration with Sales and R&D. Candidates need audio technology experience, DSP and amplifier knowledge, measurement-system proficiency, customer service skills, and a UK driving licence. The position follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule, requires office attendance during initial training, and may involve travel for on-site support.
