Description
AWS is hiring a Support Engineer for its AWS Managed Operations team to support the European Sovereign Cloud. The role maintains and improves high-availability AWS services for EU customers, including EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Bedrock; resolves less time-sensitive issues, improves operations and documentation, and participates in on-call incident rotations. Candidates need Linux or networking troubleshooting experience, systems-engineering and administrative experience, and EU residency; English fluency and a bachelor's degree or related technical experience are preferred.
