The Support Flex Associate at Belk is an hourly retail operations role focused on receiving and processing inbound truck deliveries, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, supporting outbound merchandise activities, maintaining back-of-house organization, assisting with store fulfillment and merchandising, and helping with facilities maintenance and customer service. The position requires comfort with technology, a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
