The Support Flex Associate at Belk is an hourly store role focused on processing inbound truck deliveries, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, supporting outbound merchandise activities, maintaining back-of-house organization, assisting with facilities and store maintenance, and helping merchandising and fulfillment teams with floor sets, product presentation, price changes, and customer order picking/packing.
