Description
The Support Flex Associate at Belk is an hourly retail operations role focused on processing inbound truck deliveries, preparing merchandise for the sales floor, supporting outbound merchandise activities, maintaining back-of-house organization, assisting with facilities and store maintenance, and helping merchandising and fulfillment teams with floor sets, product presentation, pricing changes, and customer order picking/packing. The role requires strong customer service, the ability to work flexibly across shifts including nights/weekends/holidays, comfort with technology, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, while also following safety, asset protection, and security procedures.
