Description
Grab is hiring a Finance Systems Support Manager to lead application support for its finance systems landscape. The role manages more than 15 internal and external consultants and specialists across Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and India; owns Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and related platforms; leads incident resolution, quarterly updates, integrations, month-end and year-end activities, vendor performance, and stakeholder alignment; and reports to the Solutions Manager II, Finance Systems. The position is based onsite at Grab's Petaling Jaya office and requires at least seven years of finance systems or ERP support-manager experience, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, ITSM/ITIL, integrations, release cycles, close activities, and support-optimization initiatives.
