Description
The employer is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician / Network Technician for a 100% on-site assignment in Stockholm in a security-classified environment. The role handles incoming support requests, troubleshoots Mac-based workstations and networks, installs and administers client computers, works in a ticketing system, and collaborates with internal IT functions and end users. Candidates need several years of professional IT support experience, documented Mac-environment experience, ticket-handling and troubleshooting skills, Swedish and English communication skills, and the ability to work on-site in Stockholm.
