Description
The Support Operator provides cover for production, wood-preparation, laboratory, and loading-operator roles while contributing to site operations, equipment upkeep, preventive and corrective maintenance, first-level issue resolution, and project follow-up. The role requires basic technical training or equivalent experience, knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics, computer-monitoring skills, and the ability to diagnose and communicate anomalies. It is primarily daytime, 40 hours per week under a 37h20 schedule, with possible shift work, on-call duty, and shift premiums.
