Description
A New Leaf is hiring a Support Partner for its East Valley Men's Center to provide direct, trauma-informed client support in a 24-hour residential shelter. The role monitors shelter operations, responds to crises, enforces program expectations, maintains safety and cleanliness, documents incidents, supports admissions and discharges, assists with food and medication administration, and collaborates with Case Managers and Program Leadership. The position is onsite, Sunday through Thursday from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., pays $20 per hour, and requires a Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card, DCS Central Registry background check, drug screening, CPR/First Aid certification, Therapeutic Options Training, and an unrestricted driver's license. No minimum education is required, while shelter, behavioral health, substance use treatment, social services, security, healthcare, hospitality, or related experience is preferred.
