The SAP SuccessFactors Program Operations Specialist supports the management and steering of the REWE Group’s international SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Responsibilities include project and process management, status reporting, planning data, program documentation, workshop preparation, budget and forecast checks, milestone and risk tracking, and maintenance of templates and collaboration spaces. The role requires a relevant degree, initial project or program experience, strong Office and English skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%. It offers flexible working hours, home office, training, and an annual gross salary starting from €37,000.
