The Support Specialist / Field Operations Associate is an in-person, full-time role in San Francisco, California, paying $34 per hour for 30+ hours per week across morning, afternoon/evening, and overnight shifts. The position maintains vehicles, equipment, and workspaces; supports vehicle logistics, documentation, software and hardware checks, data collection, spare-parts inventory, mission preparation, and incident response. Candidates need 2–4 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, strong problem-solving and multitasking skills, excellent communication, a safety-first mindset, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the ability to perform hands-on technical and mechanical tasks. Background, MVR, and drug screenings are required.
