Brainlab is hiring a Support Specialist to provide remote and on-site technical support for Loop X and Airo medical systems. The role includes installations, maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, upgrades, troubleshooting, customer onboarding, documentation, and collaboration with sales, engineering, and clinical support teams. Candidates need a degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a similar field, strong IT and troubleshooting skills, English and German communication ability, and willingness to travel nationally up to 80%.
