Description
Rising Ground is hiring a full-time Program Support Staff member to provide as-needed staffing and support across Justice for Youth & Family programs, including NSP, LSP, NSD, and Aftercare. The role involves supervising youth in facilities, schools, and transports; responding to crises; maintaining therapeutic relationships; using crisis-management and restraint procedures; documenting incidents; and supporting youth engagement and program safety. Candidates must have a high school diploma, associate’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with the corresponding years of direct services in mental health or juvenile justice programming, a valid driver’s license, strong communication skills, and the ability to pass and recertify Safe Crisis Management training. The position requires flexibility, frequent travel, and work in schools, courtrooms, residential facilities, and other dynamic settings.
