ASD is hiring a Remote Support Supervisor - Security & AV Systems in Huntsville, Alabama, with an in-office Monday-through-Wednesday hybrid arrangement. The role leads remote support analysts responsible for software, networking, and troubleshooting of physical security technologies, including CCTV, NVR/DVRs, alarm panels, and access control. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, coaching, scheduling, hiring, SLA management, SOP and knowledge-base maintenance, incident response, quality assurance, reporting, and coordination with clients, sales, project management, and vendors. The position requires supervisory or management experience in IT or technical support, hands-on experience with physical security systems, and experience interviewing, onboarding, and developing training plans for analysts.
