Description
The Wheelchair Agent responds to airline and customer requests for wheelchair assistance, dispatches attendants, confirms pickups and drop-offs, communicates request status, maintains radio and team communication, assigns breaks, and completes incident and daily reports. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior airport experience assisting customers with disabilities, computer skills, knowledge of the Air Carriers Access Act and CFR Part 382, strong communication and judgment, and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and demanding schedules.
