RegalCare at Worcester is hiring a full-time Support Tech to provide supportive care to individuals with mental health challenges, substance use issues, or both. The role involves monitoring patient behavior, supporting therapeutic programs, maintaining professional boundaries, collaborating with nursing, psychiatric, and social work teams, documenting care, and using verbal de-escalation to prevent crises and protect the safety of residents, staff, and peers. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while relevant mental health or substance use training and prior security or mental health experience are preferred.
